December 2025 - (In progress)
Got this as an early Christmas gift.
October 2025 - (In progress)
I've played the other two in the series but never this one.
July 2025 - (In progress)
Played this while on my recent trip every time we were in the airport and occasionally on the plane. Need to get back to it.
September 2025
I played the DS version. Great characters, great writing, great soundtrack, very cool story. Highly recommend. My computer screen broke during the end puzzle, rip.

November 2025-December 2025
An interesting read, considering this was released in 2018 and back then, I had no idea how quickly AI was advancing. It just wasn't in my consciousness and it felt like LLMs appeared out of nowhere. But he had all his predictions down. A bit of a sad read, too, as he really puts things in perspective when it comes to economic disparity in the US, which is something easy not to think about when I was fortunate enough to be born middle class. I think most of his solutions are ideal (given my current amount of knowledge), but.. too idealistic, considering how slowly things move here. But perhaps I should have more hope for the future. Anyway, I recommend this book despite one's political alignment etc (open your mind and feel free to disagree with what you're reading! Just examine why.), even though it took me a while to get through.
October 2025-November 2025
Beautiful illustrations and weirdly engaging yet mundane stories about birds in the author's backyard. I learned a lot of new things about birds and I enjoyed reading about their silly behaviors.
September-October 2025
I think nonfiction has been filling a void for me as a recent graduate. I never thought I would like nonfiction books this much. This was a very engaging read and touched on a lot of social psychology topics I'm interested in. It's one of those books I think everybody should read because it offers a very balanced perspective in a time of rampant extremism. I know the title makes it sound a certain way, but don't let it fool you too much.

Winter 2026 (In progress)
December 26, 2025
Indian movie from 1980. Watched at my dad's with very poor subtitles. The action scenes were hilarious. Learned a lot about old Bollywood from my dad during this as well as he explained certain choices they made in the writing.

Watched with bf. I always love the Knives Out movies. They are silly but really engaging and fun and have a good sense of humor. Plus I love mysteries. I think these movies do a good job at having a twist that I can't really guess even though it makes sense.

Even if you're not into birds, this is so well made and worth a watch (it's free on YouTube!!). The contrast between the camcorder footage of the people and the HQ footage of the birds is so interesting and the little stop motion elements are so fun. I was never bored watching it.
October 30, 2025
Watched this with the bf. Was enjoyable. I do wish that you find out what happens, but I also recognize that it doesn't seem to be the point of the movie, so.

January 2026 - (In progress)
Been watching with my partner every night. Am invested. Finished seasons 1 and 2.
December 2025 (Stopped)
Watched some with my partner at night. Haven't seen every episode.
December 2025 [S1]
(Started watching this a bit late) So far, I really like this show. However, I seem to have a relatively good attention span. Except I think there's something more that's hooking me and not others, too. I just don't know what exactly it is. But I had no problem watching the infamous episode 7. Meanwhile I struggled to watch the end bit of BCS (yet thoroughly enjoyed seasons 1-3). So some things do bore me a little in TV sometimes, but I don't seem to align with most people on what bores me.
Summer-Fall 2025
The writing in this show is extremely impressive in that it connects everything to Breaking Bad in ways that don't feel forced or awkward. It doesn't top Breaking Bad, but I really enjoyed it.
Summer 2025 (Stopped)
I did start as it was coming out but then I got too busy and now I want to rewatch and watch it all the way through.
Summer 2025 (Stopped)
Only watched like half of season 1 with bf.
2024-2025
Watching this in batches as it comes out when I remember it exists. I have thoughts on it. I think it's entertaining and I like the premise and the implications. However, the writing reminds me of the cringe ways I have written that I have been wanting to avoid doing in the future. This mostly includes the dialogue. I don't see many people complaining about this, so maybe I'm just wrong. The sense of humor does remind me a lot of the sense of humor my sisters and I use in our series. I think this is because both TADC and our universe lend themselves to a specific subset of "lol random" humor where it kinda works because of the setting. But I kinda find it funnier in our stories because most of the "lol random" humor is references to inside jokes. REGARDLESS I am entertained watching this series and I will keep watchihng it as it comes out.

I listened to this at least partially in like 2020 or 2021. It's a good album. I have nothing intellectual to say about it even though it feels really "smart" in its concept. A lot if it is kinda just noise to me but I know that's me (and also I was listening in the car with shitty speakers). Some of it stands out more. I really like Closer.

I've heard individual songs before but never listened to the full album. I'm not normally a rap person but this album tickles my brain. There was no song I disliked and I see why people love it. Fav track is probably "GONE, GONE / THANK YOU" (both parts)
